Refunds and Withdrawal

All products sold on Film Storycraft are digital content (ebooks in PDF and EPUB format) not supplied on a tangible medium — not physical goods shipped to an address.

The price shown to the customer is the final price charged, inclusive of VAT; the tax component is determined on the basis of the customer’s country, with no additional charge at the time of payment. In some non-EU countries local taxes not collected by the Seller may apply.

The consumer expressly consents to performance beginning immediately after payment and acknowledges that, once performance has begun, the right of withdrawal is lost (Article 59(1)(o) of the Italian Consumer Code — Legislative Decree 206/2005 — which implements Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights).

Consent is collected before performance begins by means of a dedicated checkbox, which is not pre-ticked and is separate from acceptance of the Terms. The confirmation email, sent on a durable medium, restates the consent and the acknowledgment and attaches the Terms and Conditions of Sale (Article 51(7) of the Italian Consumer Code).

Where the digital content is not supplied, or is not in conformity, the consumer is entitled to have conformity restored at no cost or, in the cases provided for by law, to a price reduction or to termination of the contract. The following, by way of example, fall within these rules:

— failure to receive the delivery email together with being unable to access the download from the personal area;

— a duplicate charge for the same order;

— a corrupted file, or a file that does not correspond to the product purchased.

Refunds due as a legal remedy are made without undue delay and in any event within 14 days, using the same means of payment used for the purchase and at no cost to the consumer.

Any discretionary commercial refunds, going beyond the remedies provided by law, are assessed in good faith on a case-by-case basis. They do not terminate the contract and do not revoke access to the content, which remains the customer’s.

To request a refund or to report a problem with delivery, write to info@filmstorycraft.com, stating the email address used for the purchase and, if available, the order number.

This page refers, on a non-exhaustive basis, to the Italian Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005, as amended), including Articles 51(7), 59(1)(o) and 135-octies et seq., and to Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights. Consumers resident in the United Kingdom also have statutory rights in respect of digital content under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, which this page does not replace.
